Tories ‘Never Really Recovered from Brexit’ and Left Them ‘Divided’ | Andrew Neil
As my regular visitors will know, I have been saying since the very beginning that, because of Brexit, the Tories deserve to go into oblivion, and in all probably will end up there too, just like the Whigs before them.
The Tories deserve nothing less than the fate of the dodo for their destruction of the UK economy, their creation os such poverty, and their destruction of UK communities, and their creation of a ‘them and us’ culture — a culture of the haves and have-nots, with the haves being able to reach for the stars and the have-nots being thrown into the abyss. – © Mark Alexander

Andrew Neil: Labour's Lead 'Baked In' and Public Has 'Run Out of Patience' with Tories
Let us please call a spade a spade! The UAE is not only a dictatorship, it is an ISLAMIC dictatorship. Under no circumstances should ANY Islamic government own one of our own prestigious newspapers or media outlets.
If this sale goes ahead, it will accelerate the Islamisation of the UK in particular, and of the West in general. This sale will mark a turning point. The Rubicon will have been crossed. It will be the beginning of the end for freedom and democracy. It will be: Goodnight, Occident! Good morning, Orient!
Frankly, I never thought that my country would be or could be so weak, stupid or unwise. In fact, I am appalled by our ridiculousness, our weakness, our lack of foresight and our ignorance of geopolitical affairs. Have we forgotten the Crusades? Have we forgotten what Islam’s intentions are? Are we really willing to give all away? Will the modern West sell its soul for a few dollars? If so, the West deserves to perish. RIP Occident! – © Mark Alexander

BBC Bars Johnson from Marr Show Unless He Agrees Neil Interview
The BBC has refused to allow Boris Johnson to appear on the Andrew Marr Show this weekend unless he agrees to take part in a one-on-one interview with Andrew Neil, amid ongoing tension between the Conservatives and broadcasters.
The prime minister has failed to set a date for his proposed half-hour primetime interview with Neil, despite every other party leader agreeing to do one.
Labour has accused Johnson of dodging one of the toughest interviewers on television, insisting they were operating in the belief that the prime minister was already signed up when they agreed to let Jeremy Corbyn appear on the programme.
“The reason [Johnson] is doing this is because he thinks, like his Bullingdon friends, that they are above the rest of us, that they don’t need to be held to account, they don’t need to be treated like the rest of us,” said John McDonnell, the shadow chancellor.
The Conservatives had said they would allow Johnson to appear on this Sunday’s Andrew Marr Show. A BBC source said this offer had been declined and suggested the broadcaster would not let Johnson pick which shows he wants appear on. » | Jim Waterson and Heather Stewart | Friday, November 29, 2019

Cage Director Asim Qureshi Refuses to Condemn Stoning of Adulterous Women
The director of the Muslim rights group Cage has repeatedly refused to condemn the stoning of adulterous women by Islamic extremists.
Appearing on the BBC’s This Week programme, Asim Qureshi was asked about a series of positions advocated by a Muslim scholar he has described as a mentor, including female genital mutilation, domestic violence and the stoning to death of women found guilty of cheating on their husbands.
Last month, Mr Qureshi was criticised for describing Mohammed Emwazi, the Islamic State executioner known as Jihadi John, as a “beautiful young man”.
Pressed by Andrew Neil, the show’s presenter, to condemn a series of extreme positions, including claims
that Jews are descended from pigs and homosexuality is evil. He repeatedly refused to engage, saying: “I’m not a theologian.” (+ video) » | Rosa Prince, Online Political Editor, Video source: BBC / This Week | Friday, March 06, 2015

THE SUNDAY TELEGRAPH: The head of the English Defence League has insisted that he is not a Nazi and that his movement is backed by serving British soldiers.
Tommy Robinson, who is the organisation’s co-founder, was grilled about the EDL in a highly charged interview on the BBC’s Sunday Politics.
Confronted by images of EDL supporters giving what appeared to be Nazi salutes, Mr Robinson said it was a “manipulated photo”.
Asked by presenter Andrew Neil if it was a “fascist Nazi salute by any definition” he said: “I am not a Nazi, I hate Nazis, I hate fascism.”
Mr Robinson said that the EDL had now advised that “whenever people hold their hands up like that we have told them to give the V” to avoid any misunderstanding.
He said: “Nazism and Islamism are on the opposite sides of the same coin – we oppose both. Nazism has been defeated and Islamism is spreading across the country.”
Mr Robinson said it was “political correctness gone mad” that the Help the Heroes charity had turned down a donation from the EDL in the wake of the murder of Drummer Lee Rigby in Woolwich.
He added that the EDL had support among serving British soldiers: “Ordinary British squaddies support us – I know they do.”
The comments will worry the Ministry of Defence. Last week serving soldiers were warned that taking part in any EDL activities could result in their dismissal. Read on and comment » | Christopher Hope, Senior Political Correspondent | Sunday, June 16, 2013
I am no follower of the English Defence League. In fact, I am not even English. But I must say that I have great respect for Tommy Robinson. Why? Because he tells it like it is. He is courageous. He is articulate. He truly understands what we British people are up against: he understands Islam; he understands the issues; he understands what our future will be like if nothing is done to stop this insanity.
Unfortunately, the English establishment, being what it is, hold it against Tommy Robinson because he is a working class rather than an upper class hero. Working class he may be, but he speaks for the many in this country. That is more than can be said for the wimps that lead us. That goes for the politicians of all main parties. They are all wimps to a man.
It is the duty of government to keep the people of the United Kingdom safe. It is also the duty of government to ensure that our way of life lives on. THIS IS NOT BEING DONE. With each and every passing day, our streets are becoming less safe for innocent British people to walk in. Our country is being Islamised by stealth.
Regardless of what the powers-that-be think, we cannot win this cultural war by ignoring the problems and hoping they will go away; rather, the problems need to be confronted head-on. THIS IS NOT BEING DONE. On the contrary, our politicians, from the prime minister down, are all IN DENIAL of the problems facing us.
These times are resembling more and more the 30s. Then, the Nazis were being appeased; now, the Islamo-fascists are being appeased. History should inform us of where appeasement leads. These are truly troubling times for any thinking person.
We need a leader with a backbone. We need a leader with a backbone desperately. Things cannot go on like this, for if they do, we can be sure of one thing: the loss of our cultural heritage. – © Mark

THE GUARDIAN: US shock jock lambasted by BBC TV presenter after interrupting fellow guest to warn viewers over 'Bilderberg Group puppeteers'
The BBC's Sunday Politics show is generally a rather sedate affair, heavy on serious interviews and light on controversy. But viewers were treated to a highly charged confrontation between host Andrew Neil and US conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, which saw the latter labelled the worst person to be interviewed on the show and an idiot. » | Alexandra Topping | Sunday, June 09, 2013
