A Warning to Osama bin Laden: Heed the Lesson of History!

Wann Arbeit nicht so frei macht!

Europe has been established on Judeo-Christian principles. Islam has played almost no part in it. This is an undeniable fact. Further, today, Islam is the antithesis of all Europe stands for: Europe is synonymous with liberal democracy; Islam, by contrast, is synonymous with backwardness and totalitarianism.

In the Twenties and Thirties in Germany, the Jews became the scapegoats of the Germans. Hitler rose to power in the Thirties and demonized them. He managed to convince his fellow Germans that they, the Jews, were the root of all evil in Germany. When in power, he set about his plan to exterminate them. The so-called ‘Final Solution’, die Endlösung, was put in place.

Concentration camps (Konzentrationslager) were set up in Germany, and in occupied countries such as Poland. Such concentration camps as Chelmno (Kulmhof), Auschwitz-Birkenau, Belzek, Sobibor, Treblinka, Majdanek, Stutthof and Dachau were set up with one sole purpose: to exterminate the Jews.

This was racism in the raw!

Many today find it unbelievable that the Holocaust happened. Many Muslims, in particular, deny that these atrocities happened at all! But they did! That they did is well documented. This is historical fact. No sane person need spare a moment to deny any of it. If you are in any doubt, ask one of the survivors of those death camps! His testimony will be heart-rending indeed! It will show the depths to which man can sink.

This all happened in Europe little more than sixty years ago. Do you think this could not happen again? You would be mistaken if you do! History has a nasty habit of repeating itself. Human nature doesn’t change, as much as we would like to believe that it does. Circumstances change; human nature does not.

If it were to happen again, would the Jews be the ones to be persecuted? Probably not!

In those days, Jews were perceived as the bogeymen of Europe. These days, if any group of people is perceived as the bogeymen, if any group is perceived to threaten Europeans and their way of life, it is Muslims, not Jews. At the moment, there are far too few Jews in Europe to worry about their existence there. Muslims, on the other hand, live in Europe in millions; further, their numbers are growing apace. Today, these are the people Europeans worry about, not Jews.

Islam calls its adherents to live a very different way of life – a way of life quite alien to the way of life of Europeans. Many Europeans therefore feel quite naturally threatened by their growing existence in their midst, especially so because their politicians are too timid to stem Islam’s growth on European soil.

There is no doubt that Osama bin Laden has pushed the cause of Islam in the West. In fact, he has been hell-bent on making Europeans cower to the wishes of Muslims worldwide. European politicians, so far, have shown little will to resist his calls. Indeed, many would say that European politicians have been spineless and have shown little resolve to tackle the very urgent issues that face Europe today vis-à-vis Islam.

This spinelessness is very troubling. This lack of resolve is very troubling, too. Our politicians are appeasing Muslims. They are showing their weakness in the face of Muslims’ apparent strength. This weakness will not lead to any good place! When governments are perceived to be weak, politics is headed for a turn to extremism. We saw this recently in the United Kingdom, when the far right made substantial gains at the polls because of the perceived weakness of the Blair government.

With the present political climate, one might be forgiven for concluding that Europeans are weak, and are therefore ripe for take-over. This would be a wrong conclusion to make, even though it appears that way. What has happened in Europe once, can happen again. Might it, perhaps, merely be a matter of time?

No sane person, no kind person, no sensible person would wish to see a repeat of the Holocaust in Europe. Those were extremely sad times indeed; they should never be repeated. But, to avoid them, we need to learn the lessons of history. Learn why they happened in the first place. Learn why they happened at all. Osama bin Laden and his cronies need to learn these lessons, too.

The root of harmony is tolerance. Today it is believed – erroneously in my opinion - that tolerance can be legislated for. It cannot be. When a people perceives that its way of life is under threat, these people become capable of any act of evil. Our politicians would be wise to realize that people have not become more tolerant, have not become more understanding, and nor have they grown weaker. Deep down, people are the same today as they have always been. They can be pushed so far; but they will be pushed no further!

As abhorrent as the names Treblinka, Dachau and Auschwitz-Birkenau sound to the modern ear, the atrocities committed in those camps could happen again. Make no mistake about it! Circumstances might have changed; but man has not changed his nature. Nor has he lost his appetite for evil deeds!

If something isn’t done about the Muslim problem in Europe in the near future, the names Treblinka, Auschwitz-Birkenau, and Dachau will not be far from the minds of many Europeans. What happened once can happen again. Osama bin Laden would be wise to take heed!

Mark,
What an interesting essay! I'd never thought of the situation in this way, but you may be correct. There is an undercurrent of frustration right now, because the problems with Islam and Islamificaion are not being addressed. A lot of Westerners are ready to explode.

Mark, something horrible will happen somewhere in Europe sometime soon that will turn the tide and wake everybody up to the nature of Islam. What happens from there is anyone's guess.

Another consideration is a downturn in the European or world economy. Nothing gets people nasty and inward looking than when times are tough, when jobs are scarce, when you can't pay your bills. Scapegoats, justified or not, will be found.

I've been reading more on Sweden lately and it may well be the first country to backlash against Islam. I wonder if they still have the viking spirit? I wouldn't bet against it.

Thank you!

Even the 'weak' Europeans can be pushed to the limit; and they have already proved what they are capable of!

Naturally, I hope that we shall not see a repeat of the last 'performance'; but are we really going to witness the demise of Europe, at least without a 'fight'?

It is hard to contemplate.

Mark, I am glad you have bravely explored this thorniest and most painful topic.
Hard to face though it is, and given that the position of Judaeism in Europe early last Century, was quite dfferent in some respects, to today's situation between islam and the West, the fundamental ingredients are there, and politics is mixing those ingredients in a vast experiment of Societal engineering.
Judaeism had no "ummah" and no creed of matyring death to drive them to violence.
Instead they developed the extraordinary range of skills with which they interacted in their Europian home.
The misunderstanding of the Jews, promulgated for a variety of reasons was used by those who sought power and total control.
islam, it would seem, is predicated on the absorption and ultimate replacement of it's host Countries Culture, and indeed, the replacement of the host population, with their own ilk.
Their ideology permits the use of many methods of war to achieve their ends.
History shows this so many times.
It is no longer a phobia to contemplate the process taking place in our midst. The smoke of the campfire at dawn, is making our eyes smart, and we begin to wake against our will, and sore headed we may be.

Now, THIS is an excellent essay, Mark! ;)
I believe you have mentioned this aspect of increasing Islamicization before, and it is novel to those who have not thought so deeply about the problem and the nature of mankind. Yes, it is not just Europeans who will be victimized by greater Islamic influence, but at some point "the worm will turn" and the Muslims themselves are in danger as well.
I keep coming back to your "iron veil" idea and thinking how it may be the kindest solution of all - until come the day that Islam might mutate into something that allows fair negotiation with others (if ever, if ever).

I really do think that this would be the kindest solution. It sounds horrible, I know; but in truth it would be kind: it would spare many lives. Now what would be kinder than that?

Oil and water do not mix. That's a fact of life. Why can't people accept such simple facts of life?

Wrong dead wrong.

Jews were scapegoated because of their sucsess. They wanted to intergrate and be left alone for the most part. They asked for almost no special considerations.
The notion that they would have to score much better then the person next door to get a limited University slot was an after thought.

Muslims do not intergrate and seek to impose Sharia on others and get handouts. There was no talk of altering ciriculum or special meals for Jews.

However, the mind addled left paints an airbrushed picture of Islam and Islamic history. No doubt the colonial expansion and Jim Crowe treatment of indigenous people including Jews is dismissed.
The world yearns for fake indigenous people who are treated much better then Jews were ever treated under Islam. The notion that Palestinians are a distinct ethnicity is a lie that the left
holds with an almost religious obsession..

A typical deranged leftist is the gay dane 167 who lives in the UK.
He tells a lie that the Israeli ID card system is unique. This must be news to the people at DHS who examine ID every day. In fact every Muslim government and many others around the world list religion and ethnicity on their ID papers. The former Soviet Union listed Jew as a nationality.

167 also rails against the execution of Tookie Williams but praises the Judiciary in Iran and Saudi Arabia that executes homosexuals. He is quite fond of neocon cabals, Jews stole the holocaust and zionist media all staples of far right neo nazi bs.

Sadly, if and when a holocaust happens it will not be Muslims in the gas chambers. It will be the far left's attempt to liberate people who think for themselves. Do not look to America for sanity
but the latino and asian immigration ensure that they will never be more then an annoyance at best.

The American left talks about multi culturalism but in actuality is the most Eurphophile retrograde movement in America. There is a notion that if some ex Commie Sweedes or the mayor of London says something it is enlightened.
No offense Mark but I can find more enlightenment in a Walmart parking lot then in the salons of Europe.

I certainly haven't suggested otherwise.

Muslims do not intergrate and seek to impose Sharia on others and get handouts. There was no talk of altering ciriculum or special meals for Jews.

This has little or nothing to do with what I have written. I haven't said anything contrary to what you have stated.

"Jews were scapegoated because of their sucsess." - Beakerkin

Yes I have to say sadly, people resent those that accomplish goals, which they themselves are too indolent to strive for. It's a resentment born out of the reflective mirror that is held up to disturb their own slothfull natures.

"The world yearns for fake indigenous people who are treated much better then Jews were ever treated under Islam. The notion that Palestinians are a distinct ethnicity is a lie that the left
holds with an almost religious obsession.."

The hunt for the 'Noble Savage'. This obsessive quest for release from the labor and drudgery of a life lived as mere existance. The left's hunt for the easy road continues in all it's obscenity. The noble savage is revealed for what it is...nothing but a manifestation of the barbaric.

"Sadly, if and when a holocaust happens it will not be Muslims in the gas chambers. It will be the far left's attempt to liberate people who think for themselves."

Right to the point there Beakerkin.

"No offense Mark but I can find more enlightenment in a Walmart parking lot then in the salons of Europe."

A bit of a, 'take no prisoners approach', isn't it Beakerkin
What's the advantage to be gained? Beakerkin I will grant you that the Red Kens and George Galloways with all their ass lickers, are a curse to be spat on, they are not the total picture, but there is differing opinion to be considered. Just because the left holds the stage right now, does not mean that there is not a large ground of differing opinions, latent beneath the oppresive hand of the left's control of the organs of the dissemination of information. Ponder upon it.

I do not know what Walmarts you have been to. However, Americans in flyover country are reality based.

My point was not aimed at you as you a rational and lucid in any description. The problem is Europe has reaped its own seeds of destruction. There is a misplaced notion in Europe that anything continental is enlightened and that those across the pond are less enlightened.

Excuse me but I do not look to Europe for leadership or enlightenment. You do not have the protection of the first amendment in the UK. Free speech exists only to rail against America and Israel.

Mark when the repression you speak of comes it will be against free rational and lucid thinkers like yourself. THe far left that dominates the continent has a history of Gulags and reeducation camps. How much PC rhetoric can one stand. How many leaps of logic does it require for a colonial people with a record of 1400 years of human rights abuses to be the official victims ? How many leaps of logic does it take for Marxists to claim moral superiority over anyone ?

Europe is in a tailspin and it is largely because it never dealt with the far left.

beakerkin said...

I grant that there are many voices of sanity amongst the Red Kens. The problem is the will to fight and take the fight directly to the left. Amazingly, even the far left in Europe does know how to cry McCarthyism without a clue about the genuine history of Commie espionage in the USA.

I do not sense the will to fight apologists for a genocidal system.
Where are the young in your face anti Communists that are even found in NYC ?

I hope you are right

I know exactly what you mean about European lefties, and I sympathize with your viewpoint.

But despite that, there is a suppressed right wing there, too. And right wing in Europe can be quite extreme. The Nazis are suppressed in Germany, for example.

But don't forget this: Europe isn't only France and Germany and Italy , etc, anymore. Now it has been opened up to the countries from the east of Europe. Some of those people, for example the Polish Roman Catholics, can be very conservative.

So the dynamics of European politics can still change.

PS: By the way, it's good to see you over on my webiste. Drop by more often.

Always On Watch said...

Beak,
I know you better than Mark does, so I know where you're coming from, especially this: Europe is in a tailspin and it is largely because it never dealt with the far left.

But aren't both of you saying that the conflict is an either-or situation?

Mark when the repression you speak of comes it will be against free rational and lucid thinkers like yourself.

And that's what this battle is all about, isn't it? The totalitarians have always repressed or tried to repress freedom and free thinkers. Islam and the left have that common bond.

But I maintain that something is simmering just below the surface. By that, I mean that a lot of "average people" are fed up and not buying into the lies perpetrated upon us by the media as leftism and Islamification continue to be foisted upon us by our leaders and the mainstream media. Is this simmering strong enough to spawn a revolution? I don't know, but I think that it might be.

Dear God, please let it be that Western civilization still has some guts to fight for survival!

I sense a build up of antipithy to the prevailing foolishness that currently clings desperately to the reigns of control. There is a desperation which you can see in their every approach (the left's) to the immediate issues of the day.

Listen to Hannah Arendt, from 'The origins of totalinarianism' - "The success of totalitarian movements among the masses meant the end of two illusions of democratically ruled countries in general and of European nation states and their party system in particular. The first was that the people in its majority had taken an active part in government and that each individual was in sympathy with one's own or somebody else's party. On the contrary, the movements showed that the politically neutral and indifferent masses could easily be the majority in a democratically ruled country, that therefore a democracy could function according to the rules which are actively recognized by only a minority. The second democratic illusion exploded by the totalitarian movements was that these politically indifferent masses did not matter, that they were truely neutral and constituted no more than the inarticulate backward setting for the political life of the nation. Now they made apparent what no other organ of public opinion had ever been able to show, namely, that democratic government had rested as much on the silent approbation and tolerance of the indifferent and inarticulate and visible institutions and organisations of the country."

Any alarm bells go off there.

Remember that Saint Tone the Pious got themselves elected on approx 29% of the electorate (Mark, correct me if I'm wrong here). That leaves 71% free ranging;will they all vote...big question, but what happens when the foolish jihadis push the envelope too far. Well, who ever is ready to catch the ball wins. Do we want that to be either of the extremes?

The danger here is that as currently constituted the governing elites haven't a clue; it's just all up for grabs, who steps up to the plate will determine the outcome. What will we get...Julius Caesar or Cinncinatus. To the victor go the spoils.

Damn the Fabians, damn them to hell, for this is their legacy. What a bloody shower, this lot in Westminster, couldn't fight their way out of a wet paper bag.

the process of handing their countries over to the moslems:

case in point: g. bush jr. a skull and bones occult member: declaring that the God of the bible and islam is the same! not to mention his coming out as an apologist and protector of islam after 9/11.

is blair a mason or of similar membership? chirac? spanish president? putin? how about israeli leaders: sharon? (i read that rabin was a mason).

satan has his people in powerful positions of authority and these are participating in our destruction by cowtowing and apologizing for the

To draw any kind of parallel between the treatment of the Jews in the '30s and '40s and the possible future treatment of the Muslims is preposterous. First of all, the Jews did nothing to deserve their treatment. The Muslims on the other hand deserve expulsion from the West. I would much prefer an awakened West taking whatever steps necessary to safeguard our Civilization to the prostate West that we now observe. It is precisely the spectre of discrimination and lack of tolerance that has provided the cover for the Muslims to invade and destroy our civilization. I would much prefer a holocaust against the Muslims to the destruction of our Western civilization or a holocaust againt Jews and Christians carried out by Muslims.

War with Islam is inevitable and far preferable to our only other option, capitulation. Islam must be Islam and as such will continue its attacks on the West. It will not be subdued peacefully. It never has been in its 1400 year history and never will be. Liberal pluralistic democracy increasingly seems incapable of defending itself against Islam. But the West will not go down without a fight. Finally, with our back against the wall we will fight. But it will be a two front war: one against the fifth column of traitors within and the other against the Islamic barbarians. The Reconquista will not be pretty. The Muslims will once again be vanquished from the West. They must or we will die.

Slobodan Milosšević will be posthumously vindicated as his "atrocities" will be seen as small potatoes against the measures that will be forced upon those fighting to survive in Europe and the United States. And none of this would have been necessary had our elites not been poisoned by the cancer of a virulent anti-Western multiculturalism whose adherents refuse to acknowledge that some ideas, cultures, people and values are better than others. That our Western Civilization is inherently and inescapable superior to others. That we in the West have devised an astonishingly liberating civilization.

Islam is a civilizational perfect storm. Islam is not a religion but a fascist supremacist ideology that must be eradicated. Short of that, the only possible solution is absolute containment and separation. That will entail the forcable removal of all Muslims from Europe and the United States. As utterly impossible as this may seem, it will come to pass, hopefully sooner rather than later.

The interview segments are well prepared and tailored to each subject. The segment started as a joke for our Presidential candidate Mr Beamish. The idea was to generate comedic responses about absurd topics as off road golf and grenade fishing.

However the mix of serious and somewhat comedic questions proved popular. We have had Scientists, Jihadis, Artist, Communists and regular folks. We tend to focus on topics that are interesting but not commonly discussed.

A recent interview with Possum had excellent sections on invasive animal species. Another recent interview with She Designs focused on Ethiopia , fashion and fine art.

So far we have had only one complaint from a Black Nationalist who harasses La Shawn Barber. Barber did contact me but did not say if she read my attempt at an interview.

Islam is an ideology created by and for violence. Spread by war and mainted through constant mind control and physical intimidation, the mix of Muslims and the rest of us, can only badly: a violent reaction to their attempt at our subjegation, or our complete cultural annihilation as within Islam there can be no competing culture.

Mark,.. A hornets nest indeed!
I think the range of responses is an indicator of the feelings these matters expose.
Of course it is always going to be difficult to contemplate the horrors of the European past. Of course there will be misunderstandings of even those with similar appraisals of our current political circumstance.
One cannot equate the situation of the Jews last Century with the moslims this century, BUT, given that conditions will inevitably change as the islamic gambit advances in Europe, the re-emergence of somethings entirely terrible are not beyond contemplation.
That such methods could be used against the opposition to islamisation, is also a possibility as some comments afirm.
No one now can yet see the course that history may take as the Century advances.
Awareness of ALL the possibilities is our best position.
I agree with you on this point, the moslim population in Europe, would do well to remember the quite recent events that darkened the skies of our fathers' generation.
That they (islam) may yet provide the final strokes that will start the landslide to the Right, is also quite possible.
Just how many times will people of right mind, believe the politicians who tell us that islam is peaceful?

As for the masonic conspiracies, well, I hear as many from both sides of the "left/right" divide.
Do we follow the same folks who believe the conspiracist theories surrounding 9/11, for instance?
Where do we draw the line?
We should not underestimate the masonic connection, nor should we give more creedence than is provable.
