Waleed Asadi: Parsley Salad — Tabbouleh | تبولة

Feb 15, 2026 | Tabbouleh is, in my opinion, the most well-known salad to come from the Arab world. It's very simple, made with just a handful of ingredients, but they're all very high-quality ingredients so their natural flavors really shine through. It's not labor-intensive at all, so you can prepare a huge batch in just 30 minutes and you'll be good to go.

Waleed’s very own selection of spices can be found here. Don’t forget to use the code ZAWI10 for 10% off your first order.

Waleed’s favourite Lebanese olive oil, Les Cousines, can be found here. Don’t forget to use Waleed’s very own special introductory code for 15% off your first order.
