Ingredients:
Dough:
20 grams of fresh yeast
100 g sugar (½ cup)
150 ml lukewarm milk (⅔ cup)
500 g flour (4 cups + 2 tbsp)
2 eggs
30 grams of butter
pinch of salt
Filling:
5 pears
5 tbsp raw sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 star anise
5 cloves
50 grams of butter
1 egg for brushing
powdered sugar [icing sugar]
