Ingredients:
4 eggs
200g sugar (1 cup)
pinch of salt
1 vanilla bean
1 tspn baking powder
50ml cooking oil (3 tbsp + 1 tsp)
125g yoghurt (½ cup + 1 tbsp)
340g all-purpose flour
3-4 apples
butter for greasing the baking pan
