Chicken Vindaloo | Tangy, Fiery & Cooked the Traditional Way

March 3, 2026 | Chicken Vindaloo is one of the most misunderstood curries outside of India. Traditionally from Goa, this version is bold, tangy, deeply spiced, and built around vinegar, not heat. The overnight marinade is what gives it its depth, and slow cooking allows the flavours to properly develop and round out.
