Ottolenghi: Grilled Red Cabbage with Gorgonzola and Grapes

Feb 22, 2024 | Melty, rich and cheesy might not be the first thing that comes to mind when thinking of red cabbage but in the episode, Katja is cooking just that. The cabbage is baked for a long time (3 hours but you can do that in advance!) and then grilled with red grapes for a burst of freshness. Glazed with a buttery jus and finished with soured cream, this is a perfect winter food.

Brown Sugar Meringue Roulade with Burnt Honey Apples | Ottolenghi Test Kitchen
