A terrorist plot to blow up several aircraft in mid-air has been foiled. Hand-luggage may no longer be taken on board. Except for the barest essentials, nothing may be carried on board. Wallets, credit cards, and essential papers must be carried on board in transparent plastic bags. As it is believed that the terrorists intended to detonate “liquid chemical” devices, even baby milk must now be tasted by the baby’s mother or father in front of the security. Moreover, all electronic devices, including mobile phones, laptop computers, CD players, and MP3 players may no longer be carried on board the plane until further notice.
The Neue Zürcher Zeitung has reported that all flights to continental Europe from Heathrow have been cancelled, and added that the next stage would be to close all airports altogether. CNN has reported that the Deputy Commissioner Paul Stephenson had said the plot was "intended to be mass murder on an unimaginable scale".

Yes, even the Deputy Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police refuses to identify the problem with a particular community; rather, he says we are dealing with criminals, therefore implying it had nothing to do with a particular religious group!
Wait, Bush uses the "I" word: "this nation is at war with Islamic fascists." The New York Times is so shocked at the language that they make it a headline item.
There is certainly some comfort in the fact that the President has at last identified the true enemy, Islamic fascists! And we know that the ideology behind their heinous deeds is set forth in the Koran. We have a chance to defeat the enemy now that we have named them/it.

And one of the Muslims arrested in the UK had free access to all of the airport services! The airports here in the states have Muslims working at the airports too.
AOW, want your blood to boil? The day before the arrests a MSM news story mentioned how a Muslim (Pakistani background) was suiting Jet Blue for discrimination because he wasn’t hired as a pilot.
In general, I see discrimination suits as corporate extortion; most are settled out-of-court to reduce costs regardless of the merits of the case. But now it is a security concern. These laws have to be repealed and we’ll have to rely on moral suasion to oppose unfair discrimination. There is discrimination that is prudent and well-warranted.
The British government has already begun implimenting a policy of 'Positive discrimination' in employment.
The politically correct ethos has now become a bizare and dangerous parody of itself, and the ideals it began with.
With the unfair advantages handed to would be employees by Tony Blairs PC regime, terrorist infiltration in all spheres of life, and at all levels is conceivable.
The government and all it's media organs are in complete denial that their so called 'multicultural Britain' is actually a divided and increasingly resentful nation.
Their failure is increasingly obvious, even to the most dispassionate viewer, by the evidence of their own eyes. What's more, it is a very public failure due to the nature of the threat that faces us, if the denial continues we are heading for very serious and dark days ahead.
