ASMR - the Italian way.
Ingredients:
penne rigate
400 gm pitted green olives
80 gm pitted black olives
600 gm peeled tomatoes
50 gm capers
50 gm anchovy fillets in oil
2 garlic cloves
1 sprig of parsley
1 hot pepper
Salt to taste.
Extra virgin olive oil (EVO) – as needed
