With many thanks to Mararsa on Pinterest for this great photo of a handsome man who has not been affected by the Puritan spirit of the age.
A cigarette gives a handsome man that certain je ne sais quoi ! My thanks go to John Kanakis on Pinterest for this super photograph.

Just in case you think I am mad or irresponsible, I can assure you that I am NOT. Personally, I am no longer a smoker. I haven’t been a smoke for more than four years and four months. But I defend a man’s right to light up. I deplore the war that is being waged on smoking and smokers. I had years and years of pleasure from cigarette smoking, yet I never felt addicted to the extremely pleasurable habit. That I was able to quit smoking with such ease is proof that what I say is true and that I was never addicted to the habit, despite being a twenty-a-day smoker. In an ideal world, nobody would smoke, I concede. But this is hardly an ideal world. And today, people have all manner of habits which are far, far worse than enjoying a cigarette. Only today, I blogged about Germany’s nonsensical legalisation of cannabis. (I write here not of the use of cannabis for medical purposes, but of its use for pleasure.) What possible sense does it make to vilify the smoking of the humble cigarette when at the same time western governments are busy legalising the smoking of cannabis, the long-term effects of which we know next to nothing? But worse than that… People these days are into ketamine, cocaine, and all manner of other drugs which make the smoking of a cigarette look like something one’s guardian angel would get pleasure from! In short, I defend a person’s right to enjoy a smoke, without interference from meddlesome politicians. To check out this cool dude in action, click here. With thanks to akira on Pinterest for this super photo.
Left-wing politicians haven’t got a snowball’s chance in hell of being able to ban smoking for adults! Time for them to concentrate on the big things and stop sweating the little things. Moreover, for this super image, I would like to thank Ryder on Pinterest. — © Mark Alexander
…One super handsome man at a time! 😊 (Eat your hearts out, Sunak and Starmer!) Many thanks to Fabrizio Rossi on Pinterest for this super image.
I don’t know about you, but I am sick and tired of seeing anodyne men in the media — men who are so goody-goody and health conscious and concerned with their six-packs that they are afraid to live and enjoy themselves. It’s only one life that we have, so it behoves us to enjoy it! There really is something extremely attractive about seeing a handsome man with a cigarette in his hand, especially these days when people are so against smoking. Seeing such a man these days shows me that the man has enough courage and enough confidence to go against the tide, to go against the flow. He is a man who has the courage to take a few chances in life; he is a man with a certain je ne sais quoi. By the way, for this excellent image, I would like to thank David on Pinterest. — Mark
With thanks to Fazion on Pinterest for this superb image. There is something so sexy and masculine about a man who smokes with insouciance; especially when he is drop-dead-gorgeous to start with! 😊
