Despite President Donald Trump’s repeated criticism of European leaders, they remain reluctant to join the American-Israeli war on Iran. Several countries have refused to allow their airspace to be used for the operation. The British Prime Minister says this is not his war, and Germany’s chancellor has made clear the country does not want to get involved.

We discuss this topic with Dr. Leslie Vinjamuri, President and CEO of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and an expert on international relations and diplomacy. We are also joined by Glenn Ignazio, a retired major and former commander of U.S. Air Force Special Operations.
