Nb: FYI, even though this recipe is referred to in Argentina as "shepherd's pie", in the UK, we would call this cottage pie. In the UK, we distinguish between shepherd's pie which is made with lamb, and cottage pie which is made with minced (US: ground) beef. — Mark
