Spain Becomes Latest Country to Announce Plans to Ban Social Media for Minors Under 16 | DW News

Feb 4, 2026 | Spain's Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez has announced a plan to ban social media for youths under the age of 16. He says it's necessary to protect children from a so-called a 'digital wild west.'
