Alexander Stubb, the Finnish president, doesn’t like language that talks about European weakness or Europe’s inability to defend itself.

The world is full of unnecessary suffering and deaths. Let us at least try to understand each other better and minimise the suffering and tragic deaths. One death is one death too many!
