Prominent Palestinian Activist Killed by Illegal Israeli Settler
Jul 29, 2025 | Awdah Hathaleen, a 31-year-old Palestinian activist who featured in the Oscar-winning documentary No Other Land, has been shot dead by a radical illegal Israeli settler in the Occupied West Bank. The killing took place in a village near Hebron. Mustafa Barghouti, Secretary General of the Palestinian National Initiative, provides further insight.
