THE TELEGRAPH – BLOGS: Things are moving towards a deal between David Cameron and Nick Clegg. The Tory leader walked through Portcullis House a short while ago wearing a big smile and with his chief whip by his side. Word is a coalition is about to be agreed with a programme and seats around the Cabinet table for the Lib Dems. More intriguing are reports that Tories have offered policy concessions to sweeten the deal, including parking recognition of marriage in the tax system and inheritance tax.
