If Abu Hamza was served rum ice cream (presumably rum and raisin ice cream) in Belmarsh prison, then he should count his lucky stars. I thought that Belmarsh was a high security prison, not a holiday camp. We are treating these people with kid gloves. We should take them off!
Bread and water with an occasional bowl of porridge would be more suitable food for such an inmate. Then he would have no cause for concern about it being haram. Even Muslims can consume bread and porridge, and they can also drink water. - ©Mark

Hamza said the alcoholic dessert broke hala [sic] rules, and other notorious terrorists in the Belmarsh jail in Woolwich, South East London have joined in the protest.
