Thousands of Iranians Mark Anniversary of US Embassy Siege

Thousands of Iranians gathered in Tehran to mark the anniversary of the US embassy hostage crisis of 1979. The demonstrations were dominated by anti-American sentiment, people displaying banners, and the burning of American flags.

The world is full of unnecessary suffering and deaths. Let us at least try to understand each other better and minimise the suffering and tragic deaths. One death is one death too many!
