This roasted goose looks delicious. Unfortunately, Waitrose doesn’t provide details on how to make the sausage meat stuffing, nor does it provide detailed instructions on temperatures, etc.
By the way, for your information, when I roast a goose for Christmas, something which I have done very many times, I always make my own, fresh, sage and onion stuffing which I place in its cavity. To my way of thinking, this is what makes my roasted goose so delicious. It is hard to beat home-made sage and onion stuffing, especially when stuffed in the cavity of a goose. The flavour of roast goose surpasses the flavour of roast turkey by a mile. – © Mark Alexander
