The United Kingdom has F*** ALL in common with the United States of America. We Brits are Europeans — true Europeans, though many do not yet realise it.
Europeans are different in every way from Americans; therefore, our place is in Europe and our mission should be to make Europe strong, prosperous, free, and powerful. Europe should be not only able to defend itself but it should also be able to project its strength in the world, making others fear it, just like so many fear the might of the US.
