Donald Trump said “f--- you” and gave the middle finger to a heckler who called him a “paedophile protector”.
Footage showed the US president pointing at someone and mouthing the insult during a visit to a Ford factory in Michigan on Tuesday.
He was standing on a balcony dressed in a long black coat when a factory worker shouted at him, receiving cheers of approval.
Mr Trump repeated the insult twice as he began walking away. He then gave the Ford worker the middle finger before waving at other members of the crowd.
