LIVE: Funeral of the Duchess of Kent

Sep 16, 2025 | The Duchess of Kent's funeral is taking place today at Westminster Cathedral. Katharine, the wife of the late Queen’s cousin the Duke of Kent, died peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, on the evening of September 4 aged 92. It will be the first Catholic funeral service held for a member of the royal family in modern British history.

It has been confirmed that both the Prince and Princess of Wales will be attending the funeral later today alongside King Charles and Queen Camilla.
