Jun 6, 2015 | In the video you can listen to my piano interpretation of one of the most famous pieces of ragtime, The Entertainer, composed by Scott Joplin and published in 1902.

Scott Joplin (1867-1917) was an American composer and musician. He was one of the most important in the genre ragtime which he himself called this music. This earned Scott Joplin the nickname the "King of Ragtime".

His music all has a strong syncopated character.
