May 4, 2023 | Speaking at The Hague, Ukraine's President Zelensky called for the establishment of a war tribunal to hold Russia to account for alleged war crimes. Russia's President Vladimir Putin should be sentenced for his "criminal actions", Volodymyr Zelensky has told the International Criminal Court. Zelensky said more than the fate of one country is at stake in this war, adding that we "cannot stop wars of aggression, but can defeat aggression as a criminal idea that originates in the mindset of someone who is used to impunity."
