It is now 1:12pm and I still cannot post with titles. I am not at all sure what's going on with Blogger. I have never had this particular problem before.

It is now 6:46pm and I still cannot post anything with titles. I really am sorry abut this. I have emailed Blogger for assistance, so I am awaiting their their help. I shall be back blogging as soon as the system allows me to do so.
