Burqa Ban: Law Comes into Force in Switzerland (Debate)
A ban on wearing burqas in public places has come into force in certain parts of Switzerland today. And the first people to break the law have already been fined. Two prominent campaigners for Muslim rights walked through the city of Locarno in full Islamic dress, and were immediately confronted by police.
