French Ex-PM: Law, Not Force, Only Solution for Syria

Syria has made a key step towards implementing Russia's plan to remove its chemical weapons. The UN confirmed it has received documents which will see Damascus join the Chemical Weapons Convention. This comes amid crucial talks between top Russian and US diplomats who are in Geneva discussing the plan to put Syria's chemical arsenal under international control.
