THE DAILY TELEGRAPH: Germany's disgraced former defence minister Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg, nicknamed "zu Googleberg" after accusations he cheated on his doctorate, has also resigned as an MP, parliament said on Thursday.The 39-year-old, Germany's most popular minister until his resignation on Tuesday, thereby loses his parliamentary immunity, something he said he wanted to happen, clearing the way for prosecutors to investigate him if they wish.
