Apr 4, 2022 | Shakshuka or Chakchouka as its locally known has been around for over 400 years and recently has become a worldwide phenomenon, and for good reason! It is easy to prepare and can be enjoyed for brunch, lunch, or even dinner. There are many claims to the origins of Shakshuka, my research seems to indicate it originated in Tunisia and that’s the recipe I’m sharing with you today.
