Has Trump's Election Fueled the Far Right?


Yesterday we reported on the surge in hate crimes in America, since the start of the Presidential campaign. It is an extreme example of how attitudes towards minorities, especially Muslims and immigrants, have hardened. Across the US, many people voted for Donald Trump because of what they saw as his nationalistic agenda. But how much has that encouraged those on the far-right to speak out? Julian Druker has been to Indianapolis to meet Matthew Heimbach, the chairman of a group many have labelled fascist - he's also banned from the UK.
