'Unfortunate': US State Department on Russian Use of Iran Base to Fly Anti-ISIS Missions
There are increased hopes for greater international cooperation over Syria. It follows Iran allowing Russia to use one of its airbases to conduct anti-ISIS strikes, China now saying it'll offer military help to the Syrian government.
