Farage Refuses to Apologise Over 'Damp Rag' Remarks

BBC: UKIP MEP Nigel Farage has been asked to apologise for remarks he made about the President of the European Council.

Mr Farage described Herman van Rompuy, the former Belgian prime minister, as a "damp rag" and "a low-grade bank clerk".
