Cartoons banned in Malaysia

Gwladys Fouché, in her article in The Guardian, informs us of the latest ban on the caricatures of Muhammad.
The Malaysian government has slapped a blanket ban on distributing and possessing the cartoons of the prophet Muhammad that have sparked furore across the Muslim world.

It is now forbidden for anyone in the majority Muslim country to publish, import, produce, manufacture, circulate, distribute or possess the caricatures.
Read it all HERE.

Canada has stopped the publishing of the cartoons in a student newspaper and confiscated the papers that had been distributed. I wonder if we will see that happen in the US? Probably so.

The priority to prevent violence by the Muslims overrules the right to free speech. It's going to be interesting to see where this goes next.

I agree with you, of course. It will indeed be interesting to see where this goes next.

But this is not only interesting, it is very, very worrying, too. Muslims have been allowed into our Western countries en masse and now we are seeing the effect of it on our liberties.

I cannot for the life of me understand why our politicians in particular, and the people in general, are not fighting harder to retain our superior way of life.

For God's sake, we have a culture of our own which should be defended at all costs, even if it means all out war! Millions have died for the freedoms we enjoy today. Have those poor people lost their lives in war in vain, or what?

Islam and democracy just cannot co-exist in the same country. They just cannot. And I know what I would choose if I had my way.

This is all leading to no good place. There will be civil war before long. And what will our poor, pathetic leaders do then? Most of them are snivelling idiots! Panderers all! (With just a few exceptions.)
