They chose David Cameron when they should have found Goliath!
The criteria used for the selection of the new Tory leader shows just how out of touch the Conservatives really are. In selecting David Cameron, they have opted for form over substance.
Do these people not realize that the greatest danger facing the UK today is the growth of Islam from within, and the ever-growing menace of Islam from without?
What does this man know and understand about the 'real' Islam? He has been in politics for a mere four years. He has been known to call himslef a media tart! We don't need a "media tart" to lead us; rather, we need a person with gravitas, a Goliath. How much gravitas, and how much of Goliath, does this man display?
Moreover, he has just appointed Boris Johnson, the current editor (now resigned) of The Spectator as a shadow cabinet minister. As educated and as clever as this man surely is, he is of Turkish descent (despite his blond hair), and is therefore very pro Turkish membership of the EU.
With Islam growing fast in the West, the last thing we need is for Turkey to allowed in to the Union. Allowing Turkey in will not avoid a clash of civilizations, as naïve politicians think; rather, it will bring the clash right into the heart of Europe. Civil war will surely ensue.
History shows us that Islam has never been able to live side by side with Christianity; instead, it gobbles it up!

You still have the BNP. If the leading parties choose to ignore Islam and the misery it is causing for the public, the BNP will be the only party that states the truth.
How true! Brits are unable to access the website of the BNP! At least, I am unable to do so. My ISP blocks it off.
Not, I hasten to add, that I am a supporter of this party; but it would be interesting to know what they have got to say on the matter all the same.
Interestingly, the Islamic parties do not have their websites blocked. Isn't that strange?
Oh, and by the way: This is what they call democracy!
Mark, that is pretty shocking. Why would they block it? I mean, do ISPs there have censor boards? That is amazing to me, in Great Britain? I have no problem accessing it and do from time to time to read Nick's letters. The guy is very lucent, and has a pretty clear picture of Islam.
We are not allowed to access the BNP website. I know that Nick (What's his name?) has a good, clear understanding of Islam; but despite this, I am not allowed to read what he has to say!
I hasten to add that I only want to read what he has to say. I am not a fan. But still, I am not allowed to do that.
This is Great Britain, 2005 style!
I believe the greatest danger to britain & indeed Europe is our slow growth rate. World average growth is 5% annually, China & India manage 10% & Brown has just cut his estimate for us to 1.5%.
With a differential growth rate of 8.5% China will double compared to us in 8 & a half years, quadruple in 17 & increase 8 times (sufficiently rare that there isn't a word) in 25 .5 years ie by 2031.
By which time bin Laden will be long forgotten.
