In the interview, Rubio gushes like a love-drunk teen about Donald Trump’s ‘uncanny instincts.’ He is effectively talking the President’s Cabinet out of their jobs by asserting that Donald Trump is so smart that he doesn’t need advisors. He said, "His instincts are uncanny. The President has incredible instincts about the right thing to do. When he says this is the direction I want to go, our job is not to spend the whole day trying to change his mind... Our job is to execute on the President's vision based on really uncanny instincts."
