CAIR Seeks Protection of Mosques After Anti-Muslim, Pro-Trump Letter Sent to Islamic Center

(SANTA CLARA, CA, 11/25/2016) – The San Francisco Bay Area chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-SFBA) today called for stepped-up police protection of local mosques after an anti-Muslim, hate-filled letter supporting President-elect Donald Trump was sent to a local Islamic center.

US Mosques Receive Hate Mail

At least six mosques in the US states of California and Georgia have received letters attacking Muslims.

Included in the hate mail is a prediction that President-elect Donald Trump will ethnically cleanse Muslims from the US.
