Strict controls should be put in place to stop this sort of thing. Instead of that, we have a free for all.
Pkistan with nukes is one thing. Under a martial government of Musharaf, military logic controls these weapons.
Under the Religio-facist government in Iran, such logic may be hard to find.
Pakistan is blanced by nuclear India. Who will balance Iran's nuclear intentions, and it's sworn intention to use them against Israel?
Will we leave Israel on it's own, to be the only balance against Iran's nukes?
